oh and how did you stop eating sugar, yesterday I had 3 rolo ice cream cones, about 5 slices of bread with nutella, tons ofnutella, at least an inch deep Nutella, a bowl of sugary cereal, I'm outta control, I throw away the food and I keep the dessert, my stomach is rebelling andwho can blame it..how do you stop the cravings????? Hellppppppppppppppp
